Project was subject to Notice to Fix requiring full facade inspection and crack repairs including repaint of facade and windows. Upper floors (two) were of timber construction and required full re-frame/treatment, re-clad, new falls to roof and extension of living area. The building remained occupied throughout the works requiring careful planning and consideration for owners, tenants and retailers. Ciaran was Project Manager for the project with his previous employer and Palatine were successful for the Eastern wall facade remediation. This stage required structural concrete repairs externally and some work internally and at roof junctions.
