Client had just purchased this newly built residence and upon moving in discovered a leaking basement. Palatine cut away the garage and driveway slabs and excavated four meters down using a hyrdo excavation technique inside garage. Tanking was removed and replaced, and an array of drainage pipework and scoria fill reinstalled. Full reinstatement of internal linings and weather board where affected by the works was completed.
