This was a publicly tendered project successfully won by Palatine. The primary aim was to remove and relocate all essential services from an existing building to a temporary building ensuring continuity of all services for the school to operate. Power, water, data, boiler for school heating, security, communications, fire alarms and gas services were relocated successfully. Asbestos removal was key the getting started and once services were relocated the existing building was demolished to create a new platform for future building replacement.
