Client purchased two old dilapidated warehouse being used as car wreckers. Palatine cleared site of old existing wrecks etc and created new car parking including regrading base course with corrected drainage. Each warehouse was stripped of old disused partitions and new kitchen and toilet areas created.
Roofing was repaired and painted and all window joinery remediated.
Internally, the spaces were degreased, had new lighting installed and modernised lunch rooms and bathroom facilities.
Client successfully leased all six units upon completion.
